Everyone who enters the center must wear a face mask that is properly fitted and covers their nose and mouth at all times.
Students and staff must observe social distancing protocols.  Enrollments and staff personnel have been greatly reduced to maintain social distancing throughout the center.
Everyone who enters the center will be required to have their temperature checked.
Every student will have their own transparent desktop partition to separate their personal space.
Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer will be required throughout the day.
Each student  will have their own general supplies and cubby.
Staff will be required to thoroughly disinfect the center at the beginning and the end of each day.

All students and staff are required to stay home and not enter the center if they are feeling sick or showing symptoms of illness. This is a key step in keeping our center safe for everyone, and we kindly request for parents to assess their children before coming to the center.  If your child will be staying home and missing class for any reason, please report this to the office.

Please drop off your child after 7:45 AM.   To limit the number of occupants in the center, we kindly ask parents to check in their children at the door.  A staff member will welcome your child and escort them into the center.  Similarly when you arrive to pick up your child, please wait outside for a staff member to greet you and bring your child out to you.

Please send a home packed lunch and snack for your child daily.
All students will eat in their classroom with individual tabletop partitions remaining in place.
Students must wear their face masks at all times until they are ready to begin eating.
Hand washing will be required before and after lunch and snacks.
Students may not share food.
There will be no access to refrigerators or microwaves to keep cool or heat up food brought from home.
Students should bring their own water bottle each day.
Tutor Doctor Hawaii is a peanut free center.  Please refrain from bringing any peanuts or products containing peanuts into the classroom.  We thank you for your cooperation in helping to keep all our students safe.

As a way to support our families’ busy schedules, we are pleased to offer extended day activities for students.  Students will engage in fun and educational activities while wearing PPE and observing social distancing protocols.  Extended day activities are available daily during camps from 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM. We kindly request for families enrolled in the extended day activities program  to please provide additional snacks for their children.
